“Mr Hinkle was prompt in responding to my call, communicated with me when there was a delay in appt. time and did come when he said he would. We did have to call him back to take care of a problem with the cleaning of the screening at the top of the chimney. He did come back out promptly and took care of it. I would call him again and would recommend him to anyone needing chimney cleaning services.”
